da roleta: The title of best attacker in the Premier League is certainly up for grabs at the moment.
da 888: Last season we saw the Golden Boot split three ways as Mohamed Salah, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sadio Mane all netted 22 goals for their respective clubs.
Of course, Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero also have claims to stake as they’ve consistently netted 20+ goals a season for years at this point.

But upon being asked why Aubameyang isn’t held in the same regard as some of the other top strikers around, ESPN pundit Steve Nicol has speculated that the striker “probably” doesn’t score as many important goals for Arsenal.
In particular, he says that Salah “probably” scores a higher volume of important goals than the Gabon international.
There’s no doubting that the Egyptian scores some vital goals. He netted in the Champions League final last season, and he’s already scored a brace against Arsenal this term.
However, pay attention to the word “probably” here, because Nicol himself admits he hasn’t looked deep into the numbers on this one.
And it’s actually rather unfair to say Aubameyang doesn’t score important goals. He bagged the equaliser against Manchester United on Monday, and he also scored the Gunners’ second in the 2-2 draw with Tottenham earlier this term.
