da esport bet: Tottenham have been linked with several players to solve their problem at right-back, perhaps none more so than Norwich’s Max Aarons.
da cassino: First-choice Serge Aurier has often been criticised this season and though Aarons signed a five-year deal with the Canaries last summer, that doesn’t seem to have deterred attention, and Football Insider report that Spurs are in contact with the youngster’s representatives every day in a bid to do a deal this month.
Despite that, it would be surprising if a move was conducted. Norwich are battling for Premier League survival and the right-back has been ever-present with 20 league appearances made so far.
Added to that, The Athletic reported that he would only be sold for around £45m, so it would therefore cost the North London outfit a significant outlay, though some fans would still be delighted if he was brought in.
Aarons is certainly a promising player and his performances have earned him a call-up to the England U21 squad, which suggests he could have the potential to serve Tottenham long-term.
However, it would be a huge step up to join a much bigger club where he would be playing for Champions League qualification rather than fighting off relegation, and that may be an idea that doesn’t sit well with some supporters.
The big fat Tottenham quiz of 2019 – how much do you remember about the last year at Spurs?
Whatever the reasoning, some think he wouldn’t be an upgrade on either Japhet Tanganga or Serge Aurier, and that means they are against his signing.
One fan agrees with the sentiment above, but he would rather an alternative target- Nathan Ferguson – joined the club instead having been linked with a move to Spurs following his impressive performances for West Brom this term.
Meanwhile, fans have also been reacting to an upgrade which could mean great news for the club both currently and in the future.
